Have you noticed that there seems to be another weight loss book published almost every day some where in the world.
I have to confess It amazes me the ways some people will market their products and I think RT at Real Women Fitness has probably got a handle on this.

I found this an amusing article but sadly true the majority of people are suckers buying weight loss book especially those that offer no form of guarantee (even if you follow them) of any kind of success.

I was looking on you tube and I came across this tasty recipe for Pesto Roasted Salmon accompanied with a bean salad a very tasty but healthy meal for all the family. You could of course substitute the bean salad for a a green salad or even some seasonal veggies roasted in the oven with the salmon.

Both of which would be quite delicious I find salmon is such a great fish to cook with good firm flesh and if you buy wild salmon it is probably on of the most tasty fish at the price.

Today I want to talk to you about an intresting discovery about the health benefits of cinnamon I made a few months ago which was told to me by my mom.

When you mom tells you something you tend to listen so being a little cynical I decided to go along with her and subsequently told my wife who is type 2 diabetic.

She again was cynical but she respects her mom in law so thought what the heck lets give it a try.
