So, it’s not a big news flash to us that dimples are only cute if they’re on the cheeks on YOUR FACE. The dimples that we get on our butts, thighs, and hips have a name - Cellulite. Yuck, right?
Fortunately, there are lots of ways to learn how to get rid of cellulite. But today, we will concentrate on what doesn’t work. Too often we’ll see commercials and advertisements promoting some product that’s supposed to erase our cellulite and make us look as sexy as a Hollywood actress. And, of course, most of them are rip-offs! Here’s a list of the things that don’t work.
Creams and Lotions - They say that they know how to get rid of cellulite: Just rub this cream on your thighs and watch the cellulite disappear. Which is just false advertising! Sometimes they work, but only for a little while. They temporarily shrink the fatty cells. Before you know it, the cellulite returns like an ex-boyfriend who can’t take a hint.
Body Wraps - These could give you a temporary fix, but again, it’s temporary. Very temporary. In fact, body wraps may not even be good for your health. If you ever see an advertisement for a body wrap, do yourself a favor and turn off the TV.
Electric Muscle Stimulation - Wouldn’t it be nice if these were the answer! They tell us that we can simply strap it on, turn it on and sit down to watch television. Before we know it, our cellulite is history. Sorry, these don’t work either.
Do you really want to learn how to get rid of cellulite? It’s not going to be easy, It involves learning what you should eat, what you shouldn’t eat, and what exercises will help you diminish those fat cells. If you want to minimize cellulite and have smoother-looking skin, this is the only real solution.
It’s a tough call, sure, but we can do it. All it takes is commitment, drive, and determination to eliminate those dimples once and for all!

Everyone likes to see a cute, dimpled smile. What nobody wants to see or have is a dimpled BUTT. Cellulite is infamous for giving us dimples on our thighs, butts, and hips. Yeah, blech.
While there are plenty of methods to learn how to get rid of cellulite, I want to warn you away from the ’solutions’ that don’t work. You’ve probably seen those products advertised on television. These commercials usually make extravagant promises, telling us that they can get rid of our cellulite and leaves us looking as gorgeous as a Hollywood babe. It’s safe to assume that most of them are fake. Here are examples of the things that just don’t work.
Creams and Lotions - Yes, they tell us that we can learn how to get rid of cellulite by simply rubbing on their products. Not going to happen! What they may do is give us a temporary shrinkage of the fat cells, but they will return, like a bad ex-boyfriend.
Body Wraps - Again, these may provide a temporary fix but the truth is that it is very temporary. Actually, body wraps may not even be healthy for you. Next time you see an advertisement for these, just turn the television off!
Electric Muscle Stimulation - Ah, these sound like a dream come true, right? All you have to do is put on this device, switch it on, and sit back down on the couch to watch more television. Keep it up and your cellulite is all gone. Nope, sorry, that’s a hoax too.
Do you really want to learn how to get rid of cellulite? It’s not going to be easy, It involves learning what you should eat, what you shouldn’t eat, and what exercises will help you diminish those fat cells. If you want to minimize cellulite and have smoother-looking skin, this is the only real solution.
It’s a raw deal, I know. But if we’re determined, committed, and are driven to succeed, we’ll have what it takes to get rid of those pesky dimples!

Most experts say that weight gain is one of the common problems faced by women in their 40s and 50s. Most of the complaints about weight gain relate to the seemingly “uncontrollable” bulges in the hips, thighs and abdomen which can be unsightly when seen in clothes they were once happy to wear but no longer feel comfortable in.
Although there is nothing much that can be done once weight gain in during the menopausal stage of a womans life has commenced, there are very definately things that can be done to minimize and totally prevent it while you are younger.
What causes weight gain menopause?
To be able to avoid experiencing excess weight gain caused by menopause, one of the things that younger women should do is to understand what the reasons behind this what appears out of control weight gain at menopause.
Once you understand these causes, they you can do something about it especially if you are prepared in advance.
The following are just some of the most common reasons that lead to weight gain. Younger women should aware of these causes so they can plan some ways to avoid gaining weight too much at the menopausal stage of life.
1. Lack of exercise or reduced levels of exercise.
This is the considered as the number one reason why more and more women experience menopause weight gain. Studies indicate that as women age, they tend to move slower and are less energised. This leads to them accumulating fats in specific areas of their bodies.
To avoid menopausal weight gain, younger women or even those who perimenopausal (approaching menopause) can start increasing their physical activities by having regular daily exercise and a workout that is specially designed for them and within their physical capabilities (suited to their age and level of fitness).
2. Increased food intake. This is another major reason why women gain too much weight during their menopausal stage. Experts say that as women grow older, their appetite increases which leads to the accumulation of too many calories which later on turn to fat since they are utilised as they are by younger women who are more active.
3. Inability to burn as many calories.
Some studies suggest that this is also a significant factor that contributes to menopause weight gain since the body replaces this excess fat with calories more easily which are subsequently harder to burn off. Once the muscle growth slows in the body and is replaced with fat, the bodies metabolism will be slowed as a result which will lead to even more deposits of fats in the body.
It is also suggested by doctors and researchers that women who have menopause weight gain in their family histories are more prone to this condition.
To avoid suffering from the concerns over menopausal weight gain it is best to start to include more healthy foods in the diet, take regular physical exercise and visit the doctor once in a while for a general check up on your health
