It is said that a dose of 200 UI daily of vitamin E can help your body in the fight against several aging diseases? Studies claim to have found that alpha tocopherol, or as it’s more widely known Vitamin E has proven ability to fight a number of diseases associated with getting older. Studies show that Vitamin E may also help the blood remain oxygenated for longer.

It would seem that just taking a dose of 200 IU of Vitamin E a day can help the blood improve by retaining up to 40% more oxygen.

The consequences of this being improved oxygen supply to the bodies major organs keeping them healthier. In addition Vitamin E acts as a natural anti-coagulant which has been shown to reduce blood clotting within the bodies circulatory system. This it is claimed will significantly reduce the risk of heart disease.

Vitamin E is believed to assist with dilating blood vessels improving overall flow through the arteries and veins and supplying the vital organs. This helps the heart receive the correct level of blood flow it needs to remain as healthy as possible. It should not come as a shock that Vitamin E has also been advocated as one of natures anti-aging solutions. Many doctors now believe that Vitamin E will stabilize and regulate a person’s body during the entire aging process.

In Germany doctors have found that Vitamin E has been extremly effective at promoting and improving blood flow. It would seem for this reason they have refered to it as the fountain of youth. It would seem in their view little doubt that Vitamin E has significant benefits when it comes to regulating the aging process.

It is also claimed that this Vitamin has significant benefits to the haemoglobin with ithe blood cells. Some doctors believe this can be of massive significance when it comes to fighting disease.

How it works is the hemoglobin retains its oxygen within the molecule for longer which helps the oxygenated blood flow round the body more smoothly to the vital organs. It is for this reason Vitamin E has been linked to the fight against disease and improved aging.

In light of this revelation doctors are now starting to suggest that as well as improved circulation and all it’s benefits Vitamin E may also significantly reduce the risk of anemia and indeed actually purify the blood.

As we grow older, our body experiences many changes, which prompts aging plaques (toxins). These plaques when built up may cause wrinkling, sagging, crowfeet, and other visible aging signs. Vitamin E works to maintain and improve the body metabolism by potentially keeping away these fatty acid build ups (toxins) at bay.

Scientist believe that what happens is the Vitamin E breaks down these toxin when they meet and this slows down to some extent the aging process. It would seem that doctors have proven some obvious benefits of Vitamin E. But some experts are rather more cynical and doubt the picture is quite as straight forward as others claim.

It still seems there really is no definitive answer as to whether Vitamin E is the miracle the aging population have been looking for and it will be some time before there is.
