It seems many celebrities in Hollywood put their great looking bodies down to one man celebrity personal trainer Harley Pasternak and his 5 factor diet plan.
The plan requires you eat 5 meals a day with 5 elements in every meal these being protein, good fat, healthy carbs, fiber and a sugar free beverage (personally suggest water) and has been adopted by several Hollywood A listers in including Jessica Simpson,Kayne West, Eva Mendes to name but a few.
This book contains more than 100 pages of low-calorie-if not particularly imaginative-recipes (such as Chicken and Rice Miso Soup and Roast Beef with Carrot-Pear Slaw), each of which include five ingredients and take five minutes to prepare. Harley Pasternak through out the book never fails to sound cheery, so even if daily rounds of five-factor strength-training sound daunting, his liveliness will help give readers courage: “Don’t worry, my plan is the easiest, most effective exercise program you’ll ever use.”
Though it might help to have the schedule of a Hollywood star-getting in five meals a day presents its own challenge for busy nine-to-fivers-his exercise plan is mercifully brief, the diet itself is flexible, and he doesn’t require giving up any foods. In fact, Pasternak gives readers one “cheat day” a week-the better to demonstrate “how well the 5-Factor Diet is working.”

It seems that maybe the Atkins Diet was around before Dr Atkins himself? Take a look at this video if you want to know what I am talking about.
But seriously folks the Atkins diet and infact all other diets are nothing new they are just different way of eating and this is only part of the equation of a succesful weight loss program. If you have ever wondered what you need to be doing to find sustainable weight loss. Then you won’t find it only by changing your diet for a few weeks.

I just found this great video for you guys and guess what this is an Atkins Diet friendly recipe. I have to say whilst this is not especially a low calorie recipe (this will definitely be one for a treat day).
I would suggest removing the skin and maybe instead of deep fat frying you could use a little olive oil and and then cook in the oven. It will be just as tasty. If you are going to have this fried chicken recipe I suggest you have it with a nice salad and not fries.
