Eating Habits To Help You Lose Pounds Even When On A Day or Night Out.

Here are some of my favorite eating habits to help you lose the pounds especially at those times when you are vulnerable and likely to be tempted to eat the wrong kind of foods. By adopting good eating habits you will increase you chances of losing weight without having to sacrifice your diet plan and still enjoying yourself.

1. Morning Coffee time: - If you tempted to pop in to Starbucks or your favorite coffee house you might be tempted to indulge in a pastry or maybe croissant which could be as much as 200- or even 300 calories. The coffee is fine provided you make it a skinny one or an expreso depending on your tastes and accompany it with low fat cereal bar or a piece of fruit.

2. Afternoon Tea or Coffee Break:- Tea or Coffee and cookies are the ideal afternoon snack guaranteed to pile on those pounds. Again the coffee or tea with skinny milk (or tea with a slice of lemon) is fine but instead of a plate cookies replace with a nice juicy apple or pear or even a banana or alternatively an oatcake or an oatmeal cookie (low fat is best) will make a healthy alternative.

9 Ways To Eat Chocolate Whilst Dieting

Do you enjoy eating chocolate but are now on a diet ( I hate the word diet it sounds so restrictive I prefer food lifestyle change plan). You see it is funny when you don’t think of it as a diet and only as a change in what you eat it seems less radical and some how less painful don’t you agree.

The way I have found works for clients is a reward process not a regimen that makes you feel you are Paris Hilton and being locked away on County Jail for your sins. So remember when making lifestyle changes of any sort always use a system of rewards not punishments.

Gwen Stefani Looking Good At 37 - What’s her secret?

You have to admit it Gwen Stefani is looking good at 37 having dropped more than 20 pounds since the birth of her son Kingston.

When I watched her on American Idol recently, watching her coaching the Idols I could hardly believe she was a woman of 37 but as her energetic video’s attest she keeps herself fit which is why she still looks pretty good for a 37 year old mom.
