As an avid viewer of cooking programs on TV I have started to ask the question to myself are celebrity chefs encourging us enough to eat healthy.
There can be no doubt that most celebrity cooking encourages more quality and less quantity but is the fact that so many chefs use huge amounts of cream and butter cancelling out any good they do when it comes to portion control.
I was reasssured by this article I found on the Time website which seems to be step in the right direction. But how do your cooking idols influence how and what you eat?
