Can eating food quickly create tow hundred extra calories a day?

Yes it can according to a recent study at the University of Rhode island in which they found that when a group of women volunteers ate fast they consumed 67 more calories than when they chewed their food and ate it in smaller pieces chewing each mouthful between 15-20 times.

There have been a number of rumours been bandied about this being the case but to date this is the only scientific study to help support the theory.

Eating Fast Speedy Gonzales

Just think if you are always rushing around you could take in as many as 200 calories a day or possibly even more so that’s an equivalent to a massive 6,000 calories in 30 days. Putting that in perspective by eating slower , relaxing (put on some soothing music) you will not only be doing your body a favour giving it time to de-stress but you also be helping your weight loss.

In fact over a single month if you just slowed down 50% of the time you will reduce your weight by at least a pound after all no one said weight loss has to always be hard did they?

If you are struggling to lose those pounds in time for your big event you need the Lose 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks Weight Loss System check it out today here.
