Forget dieting good foods to eat and sensible eating are what matters more if you are to achieve your weight loss goals.
One of the easiest ways to control the amount you eat is to use a smaller plate or even a portion control plate like the one shown.
It might seem a little bit like stating the obvious but by using a smaller plate you eat less.
When visiting a restaurant or even eating at home for most people the size of portions has increased massively. We now expect to tuck in to a large bowl of pasta or buy a giant coffee and of course thank’s to Micky D’s we all know what super size is .
Facts are Super Size Me was meant to be a statement by Morgan Spurlock about the Fast Food Industry but it could equally be a statement about what the lack of portion control has done to women’s waistlines across America.
So why not invest in a portion control plate and forget about all those crazy diet plans or if you are a little strapped for cash just fill your regular 12 inch plate in the middle it will put you back in control and you can forget dieting.
Good foods to eat and portion control are what really matter.
