Most people who suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS as it is widely know look for a diet for IBS that will cure their symptoms.
But changing your eating habits may not be the best way to deal with your IBS as identfiying the foods that lead to you having IBS may not be as practical or easy as you might think.
Some one once told me that IBS was not curable but could be controlled by eating the right foods but I wondered if there was a way in which I could still eat most of the foods I wanted to eat and solve the IBS problems at the same time.
What my doctors prescribed was Merbeverine Hydrochloride which was designed to stop the intense muscle spasm of the Colon (the primary cause of IBS) which to be fair did seem to work but as I said it was only controlling not curing my Irritable Bowel.
I came across this FREE course and thought you might like to give it a try. Just click the link to view the video. cure your ibs
To be totally honest I can’t vouch for it’s effectiveness of getting rid of IBS but it seems to be a sensible approach and I think should be beneficial to many of you if you suffer with the unpleasant symptoms of IBS such as bloating, gas, bouts of constipation and diarrhea.
The reason I can’t really give an honest opinion?
Is my IBS went or at very least seems to be much better since i gave up my pressured job. Now I work from home as I have to give much time to looking after my wife who has a degenerative ilness.
So although I have read the information of course (and watched the video) I can’t say I used it.Let me know how you get on as I know how debilitating IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) can be.
Hopefully this will help?
