It’s all about eating more often, but not necessarily eating less This technique will help you lose weight & kill your binges. It’s food. If you took what you’re currently eating over 3 meals & split it up over 6 meals per day, your body will love you.
You see we eat 3 meals a day out of convenience but eating less frequently helps stabilize your metabolism, weight and hunger to the point where you will all but eliminate binging. Your body will be consistently getting the nutrients it needs on a regular schedule and won’t have to cry out for food all at once, the dieters nightmare.
So sit down with a pen and paper and start to work out how you can break down your current meals into smaller meals more frequently..
I know you can do this so don’t let yourself down, remember your goals!
