Lose weight tips without using drugs are all over the internet but most are just thinly disguised attempts to get you to buy the very latest wonder weight loss cure.
It’s like people think weight gain is some sort of illness and they are trying to treat it like a dose of the the flu or something.
It is this sort of attitude and the instant fix mentality unsuspecting women are lured into that makes my blood boil.
So I thought you’d like some weight loss tips that worked, had no nasty side effects and I’d even throw in a copy of my no diet weight loss program Lose 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks …

Any way here are my 5 tips for today hope you find them useful?
1. Some Foods Actually Help You Burn Fat Called Fat Burning Foods :
Seriously? Some foods really do help you burn fat faster. These are foods that contain less calories than the bdoy uses digesting the food. Sounds a little wacky I agree but they do exist.
This means you actually use up some stored fat in your body and as if by magic you actually lose weight just by eating the right foods.
So what can you eat, that will make you lose weight? Most but not all fruits and most vegetables have these fat burning qualities, good example able to help you burn fat are apples, citrus fruits, dark green vegtables like brocoli and spinach also carrots, onions and one of the best of all tomatos.
Perhaps less well known are the propeties of foods we don’t associate with dieting especially chilli’s and other members of capsium family.
2. Drink Plenty Of Water (it does not need to be bottles) Drinking 6-8 big glasses of water every day will help you curb food cravings as you will feel fuller quicker. Stay away from Soda’s (even the diet ones) and fruit juices drinks (especially the sweetened ones).
It will also help with flushing out toxins in your body, which will make you healthier.
3. Small is The New Big : Eat five smaller meals rather than 3 biiger ones a day. This will keep your energy levels up and boosted, and you are less likely to get cravings just to keep going. I find a apple or mango slices are great choice but most fruits and vegetables work as great snacks.
Remember to limit the sizes of your portions. One portion is as much as you can hold in your hand. Never exceed one portion of each food group in a meal or snack.
4. Exercise But Not Workout : If sweating your backside off isn’t your idea of fun I have some good news for you. Women can exercise, have fun and even make friends especially of they work in group.
Join a group with friends or people your own age (that way they should all be at a similar level to you) it can be aerobics, cycling, swimming or even a dance class.
If all else fails convine your partner he’s developing love handles and tell him unless he trims off a few pounds their will be no more bedroom action.
5. When The Going Gets Tough : Losing weight isn’t hard but it isn’t easy either so when you feel down you need a support network. The best is usually friends who are trying to do what you are so your group is great place to get people to listen.
My biggest tip is DON’T WEIGH YOURSELF you will know when you are losing weight and if you set yourself a physical goal it will seem less than I am going to lose 10, 20 or 40 pounds.
I find a new dress is a great motivator buy one a size smaller than you are now and imagine yourself wearing it every day!
