Losing weight fast is this a good idea?

This article on losing weight fast ws quite interesting and from a woman’s point of view I think you’ll find it a good read. So many women remember the day when then use to be more beautiful and petite and now they are desperate to regain their lost youth by losing weight fast to kick start things again.

It’s all too common a story and I am sure many of you will relate to it send me your comments or post them on the blog.

“Being thin never used to be a problem for me. I loved being a petite blonde weighing in at 119 pounds and easily fitting into a size 6. I was even too small to give blood when I was in college. I didn’t weigh enough!

The days of wearing those size 6 clothes have long since passed. I am still short, but now overweight - by a good 30 or 40 pounds.

I really only normally have about 60 minutes a week in the gym, spread over 2 days. It is not enough to help me lose weight really fast. It will help,in some way but it is not a really an aggressive weight loss plan which is something I now feel I need. I continue to search for ways to help me balance my work life, and my family life, and still leave some time for myself.

So how do I lose weight really fast? I cannot endorse programs that are going to send my body into shock such as diet pills or fasting they suck and I have seen what that can do to girl. No way. Besides - these types of programs are not going to provide easy ways to keep the weight off they might work short term but well long tern that’s awhole different story.

I understand that if I’m bringing in more calories than I burn through daily exercise, I am not going to lose any pounds - let alone lose weight really fast.

Can’t life suck sometimes?

I really have a hard time focusing on extreme calorie reduction I just never seem to get there no matter what.

I’ts not like I sit around eating cookies and ice cream all day, but I do enjoy eating I am surely not alone on this one most of my girlfriends feel just the same. Extreme calorie reduction methods are not only difficult for me from a mental standpoint , but they also physically slow down my metabolism so I don’t see it working for me.

So as far as I can see this is not a good long-term approach. It seems as though my focus should really be on burning more calories than I’m taking in. Jeez if only it was as easy as talking about it…

Now, putting ideas and thoughts down on paper are one thing, but actually accomplishing it is a whole other ballgame. What can should I do on a daily basis to help me lose weight really fast?

Ok, lets say I need to build muscle. That’s an established and well documented fact it’s in all the books i’ve read. Muscle they say increases your metabolism and helps to burn fat. That looks like a good step in the right direction to lose weight.

The demands of my life do not allow me to live in a gym. It is difficult enough for me to get to the gym 2 days per week and even then only an hour at a time .

Losing weight really fast is a real problem for me. Getting to the gym more than 2 days a week is a real hassle for me - and I rarely have an hour to spend when I get to the gym. It is very discouraging and quite disheartening.

How can I lose weight really fast?

I was quite taken back when I read what Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst had to say about fat loss secret. She says that no matter what I do to lose weight, it is not going to come off by itself. I need help.
