We know that the Liver’s primary job is to get all of the bad stuff out of our body. We are so blinded by the food manufacturers claims, that we do not realize what we are doing to our body most of the time, but what we need to focus on is making our Liver’s job just a little bit easier.
Here are some tips.
1. Reduce your intake of Alcohol.
2. Drink plenty of water (approx 8-10 glasses a day).
3. Eat plenty of Celery and Beetroot.
4. Garlic and Ginger also give a boost too.
5. Eat plenty of easy to digest foods like salad.
6. If you have to, search out a good liver supplement (be careful though).
7. Oh yeah, did I mention cut down on Alcohol!!
